He built Safe Haven around the values he lives by: thoroughness without fearmongering, honesty without jargon, and care that goes beyond a checklist. When Ahmad walks through a home, he’s thinking about the family who will live there — what they need to know, what they should be watching, and what they can feel good about.

Ahmad holds a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) certification through InterNachi — the world’s largest home inspection organization. He stays current on building standards, inspection techniques, and the regional housing characteristics that matter for the East Bay, Sacramento, and Central Valley markets he serves.
